NduMed runs many hospitals on one platform without ever mixing their records — isolation is enforced in the database itself, not promised by a query.

A private schema per hospital

Every hospital's records live in their own database schema, reached only through that hospital's own database role. One hospital cannot read another's data, even by mistake.

Roles decide who does what

Doctor, nurse, pharmacist, lab tech, cashier and admin each see only the actions that are theirs. Access is checked on every clinical operation.

Two-step sign-in for staff

Clinical and cash-handling accounts use two-step verification with recovery codes, so a stolen password alone can't open a patient record.

An audit trail you can read

Sensitive actions are written to a tamper-evident audit log, and patient data is kept out of logs, URLs and error messages.
